Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://psychroairtechs.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Psychro Air Techs reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Psychro Air Techs markets and arranges Air Conditioning Installation, Furnace Installation, Air Duct Installation, HVAC Repair, HVAC Deep Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://psychroairtechs.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Psychro Air Techs or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination. Psychro Air Techs may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://psychroairtechs.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Psychro Air Techs makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will Psychro Air Techs's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Psychro Air Techs harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
